The Clark County Humane Society depends on the work of many volunteers, and help is always needed.

Volunteer Your Time

Positions as dog-walkers, cat care-givers, and dog care-givers are always available. We offer orientation sessions and training programs for those interested in volunteering. If you would like to help in a very worthwhile cause, this is a great place to meet a lot of caring people and to fulfill that need in your heart to do a good thing. If interested in volunteering, please contact CCHS at 715-743-4550 during open hours, or click on the following link to complete our volunteer application and submit it online.

Volunteer at the Shelter!!

Join CCHS!

You can become a member of CCHS!  Just click on the "Membership" link to the left for directions on joining.  Becoming a member will also provide you with a subscription to our "Great and Small" Newsletter.  Please join and be a part of this great Shelter!

Donate your cans!

Aluminum cans are a great source of income for the Shelter. In fact, saving the money from cans donated over ten years enabled us to get our parking lot blacktopped. So please save your aluminum cans for the Shelter. You can drop them off anytime during open hours, or you can leave them by the big garage door if we're not open. Contact CCHS at 715-743-4550 if you need more information on how saving aluminum cans can help us out!

Make a Donation

volunteers

This is a photo of some of the volunteers at CCHS. This is by no means all of the volunteers. This photo was taken at a past open house, and these are the volunteers who were able to attend. All of the volunteers who work at CCHS are absolutely wonderful people, and you couldn't find a nicer group of people to be working with. Please consider joining our group of volunteers and doing something very worthwhile, too.
